Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charges are applicable if a confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of the event.
50% refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the event. However, substitute participants can be nominated at no cost.
No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the event date or in the case of a no-show. However, substitute participants can be nominated at no cost.
If retreat is cancelled by the Foundation, total charges paid by participants including any advance, shall be refunded within 1 month from the cancellation.
